- Red Butte Garden , Visitor Center classroom. 300 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT.
Who should attend: Anyone, including researchers, students, Federal, State, local agencies, consultants, and the public are welcome to attend and present.
Event Outline:- Day 1 will be held live at the Natural History Museum of Utah (NHMU), with overflow space across the street at Red Butte Garden & Arboretum, including livestreamed presentations and guided Q&A sessions. Presentations will begin at 9 am on Tuesday, March 3. You are encouraged to come socialize with us from 8 am to 9 am. Due to limited seating in the Swaner Forum, NHMU ticket holders are welcome to move between locations, while Red Butte-only ticket holders may not be able to join at NHMU.
- Day 2 will be held at Red Butte Garden & Arboretum. Events for the day will include poster presentations, guided tours of Red Butte, and community science presentations.
* The registrants will be sent the Zoom link a week prior to the meeting.
** For Zoom participants, we suggest logging in 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.

Register: See on-line registration below. Participants can pay at the door, however, space is limited and cannot be guaranteed, and lunch options may be limited or not available the day of the meeting. Students must be currently attending school on at least a half-time basis to qualify for the lower rate.
Cost*:
- $35 regular, in person at NHMU, including admission to NHMU (Day 1) and admission to Red Butte Garden (Day 1 and 2);
- $30 regular, in person at Red Butte Garden only (Days 1 and 2), does not include admission to NHMU;
- $10 presenter: admission to NHMU (Day 1), and admission to Red Butte Garden (Day 1 and 2);
- $10 student, in-person at NHMU or RBG: admission to NHMU (Day 1), and admission to Red Butte Garden (Day 1 and 2) - Generously supported by U of U Biology Department. Please use your student email to register;

*** All tickets include lunch on Day 1 and admission to Red Butte Garden on Day 1 and Day 2. (Attention: Lunch is not guaranteed if registered after Feb. 25 )
**** Due to limited seating, we are not able to guarantee admission to NHMU’s Swaner Forum unless you purchase a ticket for in-person at NHMU.

Presentations
Presentations (slides with photos and brief text) should be 15 minutes or less, and will be followed by about 4 minutes of Q&A.
Abstracts are due February 15. Live presentations are recommended; pre-recorded presentations can be used if needed.
After the meeting, all presentations will be available on the UNPS YouTube Channel .
Posters
Poster presentations are welcome. Submit your request for a poster presentation slot to urpm@unps.org.

Natural History Museum of Utah directions
Park on the west side of the NHMU building (not in the Red Butte Garden's parking area)
and enter through the lower door. There are no parking fees. Walk up the stairs to the right
of the entrance (do not pay an entrance fee) or use the elevator to your left. Proceed to Level 5
(top floor) via elevator/stairs. Click on building map below.
Red Butte Garden directions
